Junior & Senior Operations

We are looking for extra top performers to join our team at our locations in Nieuw-Vennep or Maastricht for the following positions:

- Junior Operations Employee
- Senior Operations Employee

What do you do in Operations?
You ensure that air and sea freight shipments run smoothly: preparing, booking, monitoring, assisting customers, handling customs activities, and safeguarding quality. Our colleagues would love to tell you more about the role and what it’s like to work at

What do we find important?

* Experience as an Operations employee is great, but not required. With motivation and eagerness to learn, you can go a long way with us. We’re happy to teach you anything you don’t yet know.
* Passion for our field; you feel at home in the dynamics of logistics (hectic, switching gears, solving problems — that energizes you!)
* Experience with Cargowise 1 is a plus (definitely for Senior).
* A team player — we do this together and work as one Walker team.
* Someone positive and proactive, who thinks in solutions, takes initiative, and shows ownership.
* Willing to help build an organization that continuously moves forward.
