Inside Sales Representative
What do you do in Inside Sales? You ensure that our customers receive clear, competitive, and timely quotations. Whether it concerns air freight, sea freight, road transport, or logistics services, you keep an overview, switch quickly, and think along commercially. Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-time – 24 hours: Mon, Tue, Fri)
You will ensure that our purchase invoices are accurate, processed on time, and paid correctly. Your responsibilities include:
- Controlling, registering, and posting invoices.
- Reconciling invoices with transport documents to keep the accounts payable administration organized.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies or deviations immediately.
- Communicating with both suppliers and internal operational colleagues.
- Handling reminders and supporting the preparation of payments.
- Assisting with monthly closing procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- MBO-level thinking and working ability (preferably in an administrative/financial field).
- Experience in accounts payable is a plus, but not a must; motivation and a desire to learn go a long way.
- A precise and structured way of working with a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with suppliers via phone and email.
- Language skills: Good command of Dutch and basic English.
- Technical skills: Experience with Excel.
- Availability: Must be available to work on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.

Junior Logistics Employee
You will ensure that the administrative side of our logistical processes runs smoothly and that our customers can count on reliable, efficient service. You will prepare the necessary documentation for the inbound and outbound flow of goods and ensure these are processed correctly in our systems. You will schedule outbound shipments based on customer planning and book transport with carriers. In doing so, you will coordinate loading times and ensure everything is ready at the right moment.
Throughout the day, you will maintain a clear overview and ensure all involved parties are well-informed. You will also support the preparation of shipment invoicing, including the associated purchasing. Do you notice something isn't right or isn't going according to plan? You tackle it immediately. You will communicate with customers, carriers, and colleagues to get everything back on track.
