Helping customers with very specific questions is a challenge I thrive on.

With my previous logistics experience and opportunities here at Walker, I have been able to grow into a senior role in operations. It’s great to build relationships with my customers and oversee the entire logistics process door to door, whether it is imports or exports, air or sea freight. Handling shipments from A to Z is Walker’s strength.

I like the challenge of helping customers with extremely specific questions. Where necessary, the team shares advice or lends a hand in areas where colleagues have more expertise. That is how we learn from each other.

The workplace culture is open with an approachable management team. Even though it is a busy office and everyone has hectic lives outside of work, it is a friendly, sociable place to work.
